How does LVLENKA determine purchase price?

LVLENKA buyers conduct research and utilize proprietary tools to determine pricing. Data used to determine pricing includes:
– Recent sales of comparable items
– Availability and demand
– Retail value
– Condition and rarity of the item
– Our historic sales
– Current fashion trends used to inform the offers developed by our team
– Original retail price may or may not be a factor, depending on the brand and style.

Does LVLENKA have sales?

No, LVLENKA doesn’t have regular sales. For exclusive coupons and discount codes, subscribe to our newsletter.  

Does LVLENKA offer Layaway?

LVLENKA offers a Luxury Layaway program (LLL) that allows you to buy an item using payment installments over time so you can buy that must-have bag now even if you don’t yet have all the funds available.

You will choose amount of time to pay the remaining balance and the item will be shipped to you after the final payment is complete. A down payment must be made at the time of purchase. Note, we are unable to split payments on the initial down payment.

Is there a limit of how many items I can place on LVLENKA Luxury Layway program?

LVLENKA does not impose a limit on the number of items a buyer may place under the Luxury Layaway Program. Clients are welcome to secure multiple items at their discretion.

However, buyers are strongly encouraged to carefully track all active layaway purchases and ensure they are able to fulfill all payment obligations within the agreed-upon timeframes.

By participating in the layaway program, the buyer acknowledges full responsibility for managing their commitments and completing payments by the specified due dates.

What happens if I cancel my layway?

In the event that a LVLENKA Luxury Layaway order is canceled or expires due to non-payment, the initial deposit will be retained and is non-refundable. Extensions not available. No exceptions.

Please note that items placed on layaway are reserved specifically for the original purchase and are not eligible for exchange or transfer to other items.

Any eligible refunds will be issued to the original form(s) of payment, less the non-refundable initial deposit.

By participating in the LVLENKA Layaway Program, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is LVLENKA Return Policy?

All sales are FINAL. No returns. No exchanges. No trades. If you aren’t happy with item you purchased, please contact us to resell. LVLENKA is not responsible for any damage or wear to an item after purchase. At LVLENKA, we sell pre-owned items. With that being said, we are unable to honor any brand specific warranties as we are not part of manufacturing process.

We try to be as detailed as possible pointing out all imperfections item may have, however we are unable to foresee how future use will impact the item.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to three (1–3) business days. For your convenience, an estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of checkout.

LVLENKA operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST). Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of standard business hours will be processed on the next business day. For expedited shipping, orders submitted prior to 11:00 AM (CST) will be dispatched the same business day; orders submitted after 11:00 AM (CST) will be dispatched on the following business day.

All orders are subject to review, verification, and approval. Any discrepancies between billing and shipping information may result in processing delays. LVLENKA reserves the right to contact customers for additional verification; accordingly, accurate and current phone numbers must be provided for both billing and shipping purposes.

Please note that, on occasion, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Is LVLENKA liable for lost or damaged shipments?

LVLENKA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Buyers must contact LVLENKA for assistance in filing claims with the shipping carrier. Denied claims ARE NOT compensated by LVLENKA. 

Forwarding Addresses:
LVLENKA provides no liability for shipments sent to forwarding addresses. Buyers using forwarding services are responsible for coordinating with the forwarding company and locating the shipment. LVLENKA will not assist with any claims associated with forwarding services.

Does LVLENKA ship internationally?

LVLENKA does not offer international shipping. All shipments are limited to domestic (USA) destinations only.

Does LVLENKA accept returns?

No, LVLENKA does not accept returns or refunds. All sales conducted by LVLENKA are final. LVLENKA does not offer returns or exchanges of completed purchases, except under the following circumstances:
• If an incorrect item is shipped to the buyer, LVLENKA will provide a prepaid return label. Upon receipt of the returned item, LVLENKA will ship the correct item to the buyer.

Is local pick up available for customers residing in the area?

As of April 2026, we will be discontinuing our local pickup service. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.buyer.

How does DIRECT BUYOUT work?

LVLENKA evaluates the item(s) based on brand, condition, market demand, and current resale value. A written buyout offer will be issued to the Seller. The offer remains valid for 30 days. Seller is responsible for shipping items to LVLENKA at seller’s expense. LVLENKA doesn’t require signature upon delivery or insurance, but seller is more than welcome to add them. LVLENKA has no preferred shipping carrier, it is up to the seller to choose one. Upon acceptance, ALL item(s) are subject to inspection and authentication. If the item(s) materially differ from the description provided, LVLENKA reserves the right to revise or rescind the offer. If major defects or flaws were not disclosed by the seller, it is seller’s responsibility to provide LVLENKA with pre-paid label for items to be shipped back to the seller. 

What are LVLENKA's consignment fees?

LVLENKA will take as fees the following percentage from the proceeds of the sale of your 

Consignment Items:
– 25% of the sale price up to a sale price of $15,000 (per item)
– 23% of the sale price for the portion of a sale price in excess of $15,000 (per item) 

Discounts
LVLENKA  reserves the right to discount the sale price of items that remain unsold after thirty (30) days by 5%. 

Early Termination
During the Initial Consignment Term (90 days), if you request that LVLENKA return your Consignment Item, you will be charged the applicable Authentication Fee ($125 for any Hermes or $75 for all other Sale Items) in addition to $100 listing fee per item.

How long will it take for my consignment to sell?

Certain items may sell shortly after being listed, while others may require additional time to find a buyer. On average, handbags consigned with LVLENKA are sold within approximately two weeks to two months from the date of listing.

Please note: Payments for consignment items sold during the Extended Holiday Return Window (November 15 through December 31) will be issued no later than January 10.

Can LVLENKA run sales on my consignment item?

If your consigned item remains unsold after a period of 30 days, LVLENKA reserves the right to reduce the listing price by up to 5% without prior consultation with the owner. In such cases, the owner’s payout will be calculated based on the adjusted (discounted) sale price.

If LVLENKA determines that a price reduction exceeding 5% is necessary to facilitate the sale, written approval from the owner must be obtained prior to implementing any additional discount.

Is there a limit of how many items I can send in for consignment or buyout?

LVLENKA does not impose a limit on the number of items that may be submitted for consignment or buyout. Clients are welcome to send multiple items at their convenience.

However, please note that larger submissions may require extended processing times. Evaluation, authentication, and intake timelines may vary depending on the volume of items received.

We appreciate your understanding as we maintain our commitment to thorough review and exceptional service for every piece entrusted to us.

Does LVLENKA accept shoes?

We accept footwear in both new and pre-owned condition, provided that all items are clean, well-maintained, and meet our quality standards as determined at our sole discretion. Please note that all accepted items are subject to a direct buyout arrangement only. We do not offer consignment services under any circumstances.

How do I get paid for items I sell or consign to LVLENKA?

At LVLENKA, we offer two secure and convenient payment methods for consignments and buyout transactions:

1. PayPal
Payments may be issued via PayPal family and friends option for a fast and efficient transfer. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their PayPal account is set up as a personal account. If a PayPal account is registered as a business account, payments may be processed as “Goods and Services,” which will result in additional fees (approximately 3.6%).

LVLENKA is not responsible for any fees incurred due to the seller’s PayPal account settings. Payments will be sent to the PayPal account provided by the seller, and it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure all account details are accurate and properly configured.

Please do not return or reverse any PayPal payments without contacting us directly, as this may delay resolution.

2. Business Check (Mail Delivery)
Sellers may also opt to receive payment via an LVLENKA business check. Checks are issued and mailed through standard United States Postal Service delivery without tracking.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days from the date of mailing. LVLENKA is not responsible for delays once the check has been dispatched.

All LVLENKA business checks must be deposited or cashed within 14 business days from the date of issuance. Checks not processed within this timeframe will be voided and may require reissuance fee at LVLENKA’s discretion.

Can I change consignment to direct buyout option after my item has been advertised on consignment?

You may choose to list your item on consignment with us initially. Should you later elect to proceed with a direct buyout after the item has been advertised on consignment, please be advised that the original buyout offer will be adjusted accordingly. Specifically, the offer will be reduced by 10% if exercised within the first 30 days, and by 15% if exercised after the 30-day period.

Can I submit consignment or direct buyout quote through Instagram?

Under no circumstances does LVLENKA issue consignment or buyout quotes through Instagram direct messaging. All quotes must be requested through our official website channels.

How long after receiving my consignment item will it be listed for sale?

We strive to process all items efficiently. Our goal is to have your item listed and actively promoted on our platform within 3–7 business days following delivery. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Will $50 coupon offered to new customers affect my consignment payout?

Any $50 introductory discount offered to new customers will not impact the seller’s consignment payout. The value of this promotion is absorbed entirely within LVLENKA’s commission.

Will a 5% sale discount affect my consignment payout?

Yes. If a consigned item is sold with a 5% promotional discount, the consignor’s final payout will be reduced accordingly by 5%.

How long does it take to get a quote from LVLENKA?

When do I get paid if my consigned item sells on payment plan?

If your consigned item is sold through a payment plan, LVLENKA will issue your payout in full upon receipt of the buyer’s initial deposit. We do not delay consignor payments until the payment plan is completed.

Once the initial payment has been successfully processed, LVLENKA assumes full responsibility for any remaining balance, including any future missed or failed payments by the buyer.

Does LVLENKA guarantee authenticity?

Each piece—be it a handbag or accessory—is carefully examined to ensure it meets the exacting standards set by the original manufacturer. This comprehensive evaluation includes, but is not limited to, the assessment of stamping, stitching, hardware, date codes, serial numbers (where applicable), materials, and overall craftsmanship.

What happens if I send non authentic item to LVLENKA?

At LVLENKA, every item entrusted to us undergoes a rigorous, brand-specific, in-house authentication process. Our specialists conduct a comprehensive and meticulous evaluation of each piece, carefully examining textiles, hardware finishes, font details, construction techniques, and overall craftsmanship to ensure alignment with the manufacturer’s established standards.

By submitting items for sale, sellers attest that all goods provided to LVLENKA are authentic.

In the event that an item is determined to be non-authentic, it will be returned to the seller upon payment of an authentication fee. This fee is $85 per item, or $175 for Hermès, Cartier, Rolex, VCA and Goyard.

The authentication fee covers the cost of inbound and outbound shipping, as well as the professional services rendered during the authentication process. Items will be returned once the applicable fee has been paid through the seller’s LVLENKA account. Upon shipment, tracking details will be provided via email notification.

Please note that any outstanding balances may be deducted from future sales proceeds.

What happens if an item purchased from LVLENKA is determined to be non-authentic?

At LVLENKA, we stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. In the unlikely event that you believe an item is not authentic, the buyer is required to obtain authentication within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a review, official documentation must be submitted to LVLENKA confirming the item is not authentic. Please note that we exclusively accept authentication reports issued by Dr. Runway and ProAuthenticators. Authentication results from any other third-party providers will not be considered.

Upon verification of valid documentation from one of the approved services, LVLENKA will proceed in accordance with our authenticity guarantee.
